New tipper trailers must be tested to make the lifting process smooth and without movement.

When using, each part should choose lubricating oil correctly according to the regulations, which greatly saves discharging time and labor force, and the lifting mechanism should replace the lubricating oil strictly on schedule.

1. The speed of the new hydraulic tipper truck should be increased slowly during run-in.The engine speed should be controlled at about 1000 RPM, after the run-in period should not exceed 1500 RPM.

2. Due to iron filings and other impurities in the hydraulic system during the runin of tipper semi trailer, the hydraulic oil should be replaced and the oil in the hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned when the side-over trailer is lifted for about 300 times.

3. The high pressure tubing must be replaced every two years. In the course of daily maintenance, if the hose is found to be leaking, damaged or partially swollen or broken, it should be replaced in time.

4. Check once a week whether the hydraulic oil is discolored or deteriorated. If there is any discoloration or deterioration, please replace the hydraulic oil in time. Replace tractor tipper trailers to sell oil according to region and season. Usually, it's better to change the oil in April and October. When the fuel is found to be insufficient, it should be added in time.

5. The upper and lower brackets of the oil cylinder shall be filled with grease (butter) in time. It is recommended to grease the cylinder every 120 times or 15 days. You need to replenish the grease after long unused.

6. Check the return oil filter element and air filter element in the hydraulic oil tank of the tipper semi trailer once every half a month for debris blockage and cleaning, and replace the return oil filter element and air filter element in the hydraulic oil tank every six months.
