The customer placed an order for two very unique dropside semi-trailers. This was introduced by a Zimbabwean sill train customer who had purchased a sunskyvehicle. Through his brother’s introduction, he contacted me directly on WhatsApp and said he wanted to buy a dropside semi-trailers.  Then I sent him some photos of the dropside semi-trailers and made a quotation. The customer expressed satisfaction with the price of the dropside semi-trailers, and then mentioned that because he was engaged in grain transportation, in order to facilitate unloading, we confirmed with the customer the number of small windows that needed to be designed. Later, the customer confirmed with me the brand and number of the semi-trailer axles. Loading, after meeting the customer's needs, provide us with relevant information as a buyer and start requesting PI.

Next, we confirmed the spare tire, payment method and delivery time with us. After getting our detailed answer, the customer expressed satisfaction and said he would pay the deposit as soon as possible. Because paying from Zimbabwe is a hassle, it will take a while and we understand. On Tuesday of the following week, our company confirmed the remittance through the bank, and we started processing the order. 

Now, all the work on the dropside semi-trailers has been completed. As long as the customer pays the balance, we will send the dropside semi-trailers to the port of Beira as quickly as possible and deliver it to him!
