SUNSKY 42,000L fuel tanker trailer is manufactured to satisfy the current needs of transporting gas,oil and liquid products in a variety of sizes. The trailer tank can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, pure aluminum can, lined rubber, rolling plastic, plastic can, glass reinforced plastic can.Tank type can be square, round.The tanker trailer is low net weight, the tank inside can be separated, so that your truck can transport more products in one journey.

The fuel oil tank is mainly composed of tank body, wave plate, manhole, oil gauge, hoarding, sub-frame, etc. The fuel tank is welded by Q345B steel plate. The wind head wall thickness is 5mm,the tank wall thickness is 5mm.It adopts an elliptical cross-section, the head adopts a dish-shaped head, and the weld seam with the cylinder adopts a butt weld. The anti-wave plate is welded in the fuel tank, using the same dish-shaped anti-wave plate as the head, and the small European standard manhole cover on the top can be opened by a special key.

The bottom of the fuel tank is equipped with a submarine valve(foot valve), and the submarine valve can be removed to remove the waste residue in the tank when cleaning. There is a breathing valve on the European-style manhole cover. Its main function is to automatically open the fuel tank when filling and draining oil to ensure the pressure balance inside and outside the tank.
