The use and main structure of aluminum alloy fuel tanker trailer

Aluminum alloy fuel tanker trailer refers to the shipment of gasoline, diesel, kerosene, lubricating oil and other liquid oil vehicles. It is the most commonly used vehicle for tanker trucks. According to its function, it is divided into two types: oil tanker and refueling tanker. Oil tanker is used for transporting liquid oil. It is mainly composed of oil tank, filling port, oil discharge valve, manhole cover, oil hose, grounding chain, etc. The refueling trailer has the function of moving pump station in addition to transporting oil vehicle. It also added pumping system, metering system and control devices.

Tankers

The tank body of the tanker trailer is mostly made of aluminum alloy welded. The two ends of the tank are sealed by the head, and the middle is the oval section tank. The tanker body is provided with a baffle plate, longitudinal wave plate, transverse wave plate and the corresponding support. The upper part of the tank is provided with a protective frame, manhole cover mouth and overflow pipe. The lower part of the tanker is welded with the tube bearing and the bottom seat hole. The wall thickness of the tank should be greater than 3.2 mm, the inner surface of the tank is sandblasted, and then coated (or sprayed) zinc treatment.

(1) partition: when the capacity of the tank is not large, the whole container as a single chamber. If the capacity of the tank is large, the container needs to be separated into several vertical single rooms with a partition board, each single room is provided with a manhole cover, bottom valve assembly.

Because when the vehicle is driving, the liquid tanker has a certain gap or is not filled, the liquid fluctuates back and forth and side to side in the container, if the container capacity is very large, the kinetic energy of the fluctuation is very large, the change of the center of mass is also very large, will cause the dramatic change of the vehicle axle load, seriously affect the stability of the trailer. Especially the tank semi-trailer train truck driving uphill, if a large container without partition, liquid flow to the back of the container, the result of traction motor drive shaft axle weight reduce greatly, reduces the passing of the car train, so that the traction force of the traction truck can not be fully played, and when running downhill, the liquid flows to the front of the container, which also causes the change of the axle load of the traction.

This situation can be improved by dividing the bulk tanker body into several single compartments, and several different liquid cargoes can be carried simultaneously on the same oil tanker trailer.

There is no unified standard for the size of each single chamber of the tank, which depends on the nature of the cargo and the total capacity of the whole container. When the total container capacity is less than 20m³, the capacity of each single chamber should be less than 4m³.

(2) Wave-proof plate: in order to reduce the fluctuation of the liquid in the container, each single chamber of the tank is generally provided with wave-proof plate. The longitudinal wave-proof plate is arranged along the longitudinal axis of the vehicle to reduce the fluctuation of liquid in the container. The transverse wave-proof plate is arranged along the cross section of the vehicle to reduce the back-and-forth fluctuation of the liquid in the container.

In order to facilitate maintenance, there are manholes with diameters of no less than 550 mm on the transverse wave-proof board. In order to improve the wave-proof effect of the transverse wave-proof board, two or more manholes on the wave-proof board of the same single room should be staggered.

(3) the protective frame: the protective frame is located in the upper part of the tank, its height should be more than 50 mm, in order to facilitate the filling port, safety valve and other upper device to protect. At the same time, it can make the rain water in the protective frame or the oil splashed out when filling up, and flow out through the overflow pipe mouth at the front of the tank, so as not to pollute the external surface of the whole tank.

The bottom valve seat hole at the bottom of the tank can be connected with the discharging pipeline to form an oil tanker, and can also be connected with the oil pump and connecting pipeline to form a refueling tanker.
