It has been 12 years since SUNSKY started working with CMC Group, one of Kenya's largest vehicle dealers, in 2008.During this period, SUNSKY not only sold whole semi trailers to CMC Group, but also provided CMC with a full range of semi trailer design and CKD spare parts supply, helping CMC group to set up a semi trailer assembly factory successfully in Kenya and sell various semi trailers.

In 2008,SUNSKY received an inquiry from Kenya CMC Group, who expressed their desire to assemble and sell semi trailers in Kenya, they hope to find a reliable and long-term cooperation with a Chinese semi trailer manufacturer.After receiving the inquiry, we provided production capacity, output, quality certification, product parameters and photos, etc. to CMC sincerely, and designed the semi trailer structure in accordance with the local road conditions and regulations in Kenya. After CMC Group compares all Chinese semi trailer suppliers, CMC Group finally chooses SUNSKY as their supplier.

During the period of cooperation with CMC group, SUNSKY exported about 800 semi trailers to CMC,including skeleton trailers, flatbed trailers with side wall, fence flatbed trailers, low bed trailers, powder cement tanker trailers,fuel tanker trailers and CKD semi trailer parts. Meanwhile, SUNSKY sent technical workers to CMC Group to instruct CMC workers on site for assembly. Greatly save the customer's time and cost.

SUNSKKY helped CMC Group designed 40ft 3 axles skeleton semi trailer with 12 screw locks, an additional fuel tank and an additional water tank.

The flatbed semi trailer with high side wall designed by SUNSKY is 40ft with 3 axles, which can be used to transport bulk and dry goods as well as containers. It also equipped with an additional fuel tank and an additional water tank.

There are two types of dump trailers designed by SUNSKY,one is square shape tipper trailer and the other is u shape tipper trailer. These two types can be used for transporting sand, aggregate and mine. Square tipper semi trailer can also be used to transport 20ft containers.

The bulk cement semi trailer designed by SUNSKY is 30 cbm with three axles, equipped with a 40KW diesel engine and air compressor. SUNSKY's design can improve discharging speed of bulk cement semi trailer, reduce residual rate.

The fuel tank semi trailer designed by SUNSKY is 40,000L with six compartments, each with manhole covers, discharge valves and subsea valves, equipped with 315/80R22.5 tires and German plate spring suspension.
