Bulk cement trailer is composed of special vehicle chassis, bulk cement tank body, trachea system, automatic unloading device, etc. The tank body is mainly composed of cylinder body, upper feeding port of tank body, fluidized bed, discharging pipe assembly, intake pipe and other accessories. The front and rear air chambers are equipped with an air inlet pipe, which can be opened and controlled separately through the ball valve.

The powder bulk cement transport trailer drives the air compressor with the power of the trailer, and sends the compressed air through the pipeline to the gas chamber at the lower part of the sealed tank. The powder particles on the liquid bed of the gas chamber are suspended into a flow state. When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated value, the unloading valve is opened, and the flowing material is transported through the pipeline.

Bulk cement trailer truck is suitable for bulk transportation of dry materials with particle diameter of fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, alkali and other particles not greater than 0.1mm. Mainly used for cement factory, cement warehouse and large construction site, can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor.
