The flatbed semi-trailer is very wide loading, suitable for transporting a variety of mechanical equipment, large objects, highway construction equipment, large tanks, power plant equipment and machinery for transporting all kinds of steel. The low bed semi-trailer has no rails on board and is widely used, mainly for medium and long-distance freight transport.

1. Plasma cutting

Cutting includes profile sawing, plate shearing, bending and flame cutting.

Before cutting, the size of the material should be proofread, the plate material class has the requirement of plate thickness, profiles, such as square tube has the requirement of wall thickness, especially for the warehouse car, the amount of square tube is relatively large, before cutting, the shape size, wall thickness of the material should be proofread, the batch of material. Different batches of materials, shape size, wall thickness, and even the material are different, pay attention to these differences, to ensure the quality of the material under the material, to avoid waste of material.

2. Small parts welding

In order to facilitate centralized production, parts that are often made repeatedly are processed as small parts.

3. Main beam/I beam welding

The welding of the main beam is one of the most important and critical processes in the production of semi-trailers. The weight of the cargo, including the weight of the carriage, all depends on the girders. Therefore, the girders are required to have sufficient strength and also to ensure the quality of processing during the production.

4. Frame welding

1) Put the two heeled beams on the frame assembly table, adjust the distance between the beams.

2)  Weld the front and rear beams to fix the whole frame.

3)  Attach kingpin plates, kingpins, channels, cross beam, suspension, tool box and support plates for each part.

5. Surface treatment

1) Firstly, the basic shaped flatbed truck is put into the sand blasting room for processing.

2) Followed by sending it to the primer room for the first coat of spray paint

3) Finally, the last coloring process of a complete flat plate will be carried out to spray the top coat.

6. Final assembly

Optional equipment such as axles, suspensions, leaf springs, air chambers, air tanks, etc., according to cargo requirements. Side lights, taillights, profile lights and light wires, doors, seals, wind hooks, lock bars, mudguards, reflective markings, rear markings and final installation.
